Quihubo Amigos!

Sorry its been a little while since I last updated you all, this has been my favorite area so far, we’ve been teaching lots of people, and it is by far one of the most gorgeous places I’ve been.

We spent some time this week visiting some inactive members living in Chesaw, which is a town, wayyyy out in the mountains about 30 minutes east of Oroville. We are getting fed a LOT by the people here, including people who aren’t members, and we are doing lots of service! Most everyone out here has a big piece of land and often times has projects to work on. Me and my companion Elder Rhoades are getting along wonderfully and things couldn’t be better.Β

One thing I’ve learned these past few weeks is how important patience is. I can’t really explain the whole story that has led me to this conclusion, but I do know that exercising just a litle bit of patience has helped me quite a bit on my mission, and especially in this area. Patience in long-suffering is one of the greatest ways to show our Heavenly Father that we trust him, and are willing to push through hard times because we believe in his divine help.

I love you all so much, and I can’t believe how quick time goes by!Β
Go hug someone!!
