Hey Everyone!
I hope you are all doing well! This week was quite the busy week! We took Elder Koster to the mission home and said our goodbyes, and the next day me and Elder Stephenson (Who will be flying out to Bolivia tommorow) had the whole day to ourselves to go out and work. We had an awesome day and taught some great lessons.
The next day we went and picked up my trainee. His name is Elder Andersen, and he’s from Heber, Utah. He is a super awesome Elder, and ready to work hard. He is incredibly nice, and he LOVES to eat well. So were eating like KINGS out here. The weather is super nice, and on top of that, we are finding people like crazy. We found 4 new people just yesterday.
I have seen an incredible jump in my Spanish, and I truly have a large testimony of the Gift of Tongues, because without the divine help of God, my Spanish would be nowhere near where it is right now. It is still quite difficult to get out the door some days, but I’ve found that as soon as were out working, its not so bad.
I also got to meet back up with my trainer Elder Priday yesterday! It was super exciting to see him again!
There is much to be learned this transfer and I am excited to be taking the wheel. We’ve been seeing a lot of miracles this week, and God truly is carrying this awesome work forward.
This week I was studying and teaching a little bit about spiritual momentum, and how as we are doing the little things each day to keep ourselves on the right path, we are able to maintain our momentum, and slowly but surely, we will make it to the end of this path we call life.
I love you all very much.
